IgA Nephritis Associated With Mycosis Fungoides Report of Two Cases

German Ramirez, MD; James B. Stinson, MD; Edward T. Zawada, MD; Farhad Moatamed, MD

Arch Intern Med. 1981;141(10):1287-1291.

Abstract

The association of mycosis fungoides and glomerulopathy previously has not been reported to our knowledge. Two patients with mycosis fungoides and recurrent microscopic hematuria underwent renal biopsy, which demonstrated a focal glomerulonephritis with preponderantly mesangial IgA deposition. The possible association between mycosis fungoides and IgA nephritis is reported.
