Drug-Induced Lupus Erythematosus by Amiodarone

We report a case with typical clinical features of drug-induced lupus
erythematosus, together with verrucous endocarditis and pleuropericardial
effusion, due to amiodarone treatment. After cessation of amiodarone treatment,
the patient recovered completely.
