In the Original Investigation by Raj et al titled "Time Course of Reversal of Anticoagulant Effect of Warfarin by Intravenous and Subcutaneous Phytonadione," published in the December 13/27 issue of the ARCHIVES (1999;159:2721-2724), an error occurred in the affliations on page 2721.
