In the Original Investigation by Marcus et al titled "Relationship Between Accurate Auscultation of a Clinically Useful Third Heart Sound and Level of Experience," published in the March 27 issue of the ARCHIVES (2006;166:617-622), an error occurred in the byline. The lead author's name should have appeared as follows: Gregory M. Marcus, MD.
