Errors in Figure and Correspondence. In the Original Investigation titled "Outcomes and Cost of Deep Venous Thrombosis Among Patients With Cancer," by Elting et al, published in the August 9/23, 2004, issue of the Archives (2004;164[15]:1653-1661), errors occurred in the Figure on page 1657 and in the Correspondence section on page 1660. In the Figure, the y-axis label should have appeared as "% Without Recurrence." The corrected figure is reprinted here with its legend. In the Correspondence section, the e-mail address should have been listed as "lelting{at}mdanderson.org."
