"; page 2426, Table 8, column 3, parenthetical dosing frequency for Moexipril should read "(1-2)"; page 2433, Table 15, the title should read "Ninety-fifth . . . "; page 2442, reference 140, the volume number should read "350"; and on page 2444, reference 209, the code "M" should appear at the end of the reference. The journal regrets the errors.
