In the Original Investigation by Raj et al titled "Time Course of Reversal of Anticoagulant Effect of Warfarin by Intravenous and Subcutaneous Phytonadione," published in the December 13/27 issue of the ARCHIVES (1999;159:2721-2724), an error occurred in the affliations on page 2721. The affiliations should have read as follows: "From the Section of General Internal Medicine, Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Drs Raj, Kumar, and McKinney), and Department of Medicine, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (Drs Raj and Kumar), Dallas; and the Medical Service, Louisville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Dr McKinney), and Division of General Internal Medicine, University of Louisville (Dr McKinney), Louisville, Ky."
