The name of Mini Abraham, MD, coauthor of the letter "Considerations in Diagnosis of Cushing Syndrome" in the July 23, 2001, issue of the ARCHIVES (2001;161:1780), was inadvertently omitted from the signature block. Dr Abraham's name should have appeared just below Dr Khardori's in that letter. We regret this omission.
