Arch Intern Med. 2001;161:705.

In the Original Investigation by Rollman et al titled "The Electronic Medical Record," published in the January 22, 2001, issue of the ARCHIVES (2001;161:189-197), the subtitle of the article was missing. Following the title on page 189, the subtitle should have read "A Randomized Trial of Its Impact on Primary Care Physicians' Initial Management of Major Depression." The journal regrets the error.
