The authors have prefaced this book with the comments that the book is oversimplified and is for the doctor who does not devote much time to allergy. Within the book the total field of allergy is covered by giving relatively brief surveys or explanations on every phase of allergy. Even the proper preparation of equipment is described. While the book contains much definitive information, its value diminishes, insofar as giving decisive guidance to novices, by the use of too many qualifying words or statements. There is no date of publication in the book.
