I am not sure what I am going to do with my review copy of this work. A friend of mine has just taken charge of a Geriatric Home, and it would, of course, be indispensable for her. Her need (at the moment) is greater than mine; but I can't help feeling she would derive much more benefit if she paid for a copy out of her own pocket. (She might then actually read it.) Perhaps I could sell her my copy and with the proceeds buy one for myself? Certainly I shall insist on having my own copy when, 20 to 30 years hence, it may be necessary to check what people are doing to me. Whatever disabilities I may develop (apart from my favorite psychoses) are all there. I shall not cease to be a nuisance until relevant passages are read aloud to all bystanders-repeatedly, until they sink . . . [Full Text PDF of this Article]
