—In the editorial entitled "Hypophosphatemia in the Alcoholic," published in the May ARCHIVES (1980;140:613-615), on page 614, the third sentence of the last paragraph should have read as follows: "Each liter could be 0.45% sodium chloride in 5% dextrose to which has been added 4 mL of 50% magnesium sulfate (16 mmole), 10 mL of a potassium phosphate solution (2 mmole of phosphate and 3 mEq of potassium per milliliter), and 20 mEq of potassium chloride."
