—In the article entitled "Pityrosporum Folliculitis: Its Potential for Confusion With Skin Lesions of Systemic Candidiasis," published in the November ARCHIVES (1982;142:2126-2129), the genus "Candida" should have been capitalized the four times it occurs in lines 14 through 16 in the text on page 2126, left column. On the same page, in the right column, the seventh word in the fourth line should have read "severely." In the same column, the fifth word in the 15th line should have been "were."

On page 2127, in Table 1, under the heading "Medications," the first word in the second entry should have read "Gentamicin." In the same table, under the heading "Method of Confirming Diagnosis," in the first entry, the word "showed" should have appeared after the word "biopsy."
