In the article entitled "A Model of Lifetime Osteoporosis Impact" that appeared in the October 1991 issue of the ARCHIVES (1991;151:2026-2032), an error appeared on page 2027, column 1, line 6. The sentence read as follows: "Age,- sex,- and race-specific incidences for first hip fracture¹⁶ and first Colles' fracture¹⁷ were those from population-based surveys of Olmstead County, Minnesota."
