In the article entitled "Assessing Duration of Antihypertensive Effects With Whole-Day Blood Pressure Monitoring" that appeared in the September 1989 issue of the ARCHIVES (1989;149:2021-2025), changes should be made in the doses of hydrocholorthiazide as follows. On page 2022, first column, line 18, the given dose is 25 mg; it should be 15 mg. On page 2023, second column, line 20, the given dose is 25 mg; it should be 15 mg. On page 2024, first column, line 18, the given dose is 15 mg; it should be 25 mg. In the legend to Fig 2 on page 2023, the penultimate line, the given dose is 15 mg; it should be 25 mg. In the legend to Fig 3 on page 2023, the penultimate line, the given dose is 15 mg; it should be 30 mg.
