Essentials of Electrocardiography.

The first edition of "Essentials of Electrocardiography" appeared four years ago. As the authors point out, since that time there have been numerous accretions to the knowledge of cardiography; consequently, it has been necessary to rewrite a goodly part of the book and to increase its length. As a matter of fact, it might be said almost to be a new book, in contradistinction to a second edition in which a few minor changes have been made. The book consists of 15 chapters, together with an appendix and an excellent bibliography, the latter some 20 pages long. The same general form is followed as was used in the first edition. The usual introductory chapters on the fundamentals of the electrocardiogram occupy a considerable portion of the book.
