To the Editor:
—My attention was recently called to an article which appeared in the ARCHIVES by Freireich, Schwartz and Steinbrocker—"Penicillin in the Treatment of Keratosis Blennorrhagica with Polyarthritis" (79:239-250 [Feb.] 1947). In this paper the authors state that "no record of therapy for keratosis blennorrhagica with penicillin has appeared in the literature." May I respectfully call your attention to my article, "Keratoderma Blennorrhagicum: Brief Review and Report of a Case Treated with Penicillin," which appeared in the American Journal of Syphilis, Gonorrhea and Venereal Diseases (29:361-371 [May] 1945)?
