This impressive report of the Medical Research Council for the years 1939 to 1945 is the counterpart of the American "Advance in Military Medicine" recently published under the sponsorship of the Committee on Medical Research. The British report is of particular interest for the record since it enumerates the names of all concerned as well as abstracts of the work accomplished.
