American Association for the Advancement of Science.

—The American Association for the Advancement of Science will hold its one hundred and seventeenth meeting in Cleveland, Dec. 26 to 30, 1950. The program will include two sessions on steroid hormones, one on medicinal chemistry, a four session symposium on "Biological Effects of Radiation" and four sessions on a joint program with the Scientific Section of the American Pharmaceutical Association. Information on housing and advance registration may be found in Science and The Scientific Monthly. Those who wish to attend are urged to register in advance.
