This book contains the transactions of the Tenth Conference on Liver Injury conducted by the Macy Foundation. It is concerned largely with aspects of lipid metabolism, a subject now on the crest of interest in metabolism in the medical field. Even though this subject may enter the trough again, those interested in liver function and disease, as well as in lipid metabolism, will find the discussions to be of interest. The circulation of the liver and the influence of ischemia on liver function are among the other topics discussed.
