I have been handicapped by the fact that only pages 321-412 came into my hands. These pages contain the end of the description of the circulatory system (M. Staemmler) and of the malformations of the heart and the great blood vessels (W. Doerr). The latter chapter represents an entirely new addition to the former book, and it has been written by one of the outstanding experts in his field in a clear, concise style.
